Are we listening people? Duane Llewellyn is making an excellent point. The purpose of this group is to continue to learn how to NETWORK with others. You will remember me saying it is up to you to get your name out there. You are responsible for marketing you. Having a picture will help people remember you and that is an important part of NETWORKING!!! Are you memorable??? Not everyone is 7 foot tall. I have an advantage but you still see me getting my face out there. For those of you who do have a picture online I want to ask you, “Is it the BEST picture you have of yourself? Think about it, you are marketing you!!! Be the best you can be in every aspect. I want to encourage you to put your best foot forward and let others see you at your very best. Does your picture show you smiling and looking happy or standing in a police line-up. Take a good hard look at your picture and you decide, “Is this the best picture I have to represent me to the world?” If not then do something about it. I am not choosing favorites but Mary DeGrand has a great picture on her profile. She commented on the “A” of networking discussion and so should you, while doing so check out her picture.
